Payroll Officer - Part Time - £26,000-£30,000 - 8 month contract Macildowie is delighted to be partnering exclusively with an organisation based in Ripley who are looking for temporary payroll support on a part time basis until the end of May 2025.
The role will initially be temporary however there is capacity in the team that will mean there is opportunity to extend OR should you get on well there could be a permanent opportunity down the line.
They need an individual with multiple year's end to end payroll experience with full gross to net calculations knowledge and ability. You will be working within a wider team of 4 so have support within both payroll and pensions teams.
Overview
- Paying equivalent to circa £26,000-£30,000 dependent on experience
- Part time 2-3 days per week (c15-23 hours) - they are open to spreading these hours across 4 or 5 shorter days if this was preferred instead of 3 full days
- Fully on site the first 3 months, then will move to 1 day per week remotely if this is wanted - site based Ripley
Requirements
- Immediately available/ available with 4 weeks' notice to start
- 2+ years end to end payroll experience of gross to net with understanding of all the relevant calculations
- Experienced with payroll volume of > 100 heads
