Key responsibilities of The Billings Team Leader:
- Day to day management of the Billing team of five billing clerks
- Overseeing workflow and performance plans for the team
- Supporting the development and knowledge of the team
- Regular process improvement reviews
- Supporting in the development of an international shared service centre
- Internal stakeholder relationships
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience of the Billing process would be advantageous, although a background across other transactional teams such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable will be considered
- Has lead and motivated teams of circa five heads
- Proven track record of process improvement
- Is able to develop and upskill a team
