It is now looking for a Plot Sales Paralegal to join its busy and close-knit commercial property team.
The Role
- The Commercial Property team specialise in advising a range of client acquisitions of large residential sites for developer clients and the setting up of these sites for onward plot sale disposals
- You would be working with long-standing house builder clients and handle a full case-load of plot sales cases from inception to completion
- You would be preparing contract packs, dealing with purchaser enquiries, reviewing title documents, preparing part exchange files for completion, attending regular client meetings
