We are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, and we have an exciting opportunity to join us, as an EV Commercial Administrator!

As an EV Commercial Administrator, you will support the commercial/sales team and project managers in the efficient implementation of commercial EV installation projects, overseeing administrative tasks from initial inquiries to post-installation support. Key responsibilities include collaborating on and maintaining accurate quotations, scheduling surveys and project resources, and ensuring timely communication and documentation updates. The role also involves managing orders for installation materials, supporting grant applications, monitoring the installation process to meet lead times, and ensuring quality control. Additionally, the position requires managing project handovers to the after-sales team, providing customer documentation, and serving as a primary contact for aftercare services.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The role operates on a hybrid basis, allowing you to work from home most days, while also attending the Wigan office a minimum of 2 days per week. The annual salary for this position is £24,500.

What we're looking for

  • A good standard of general education (minimum GCSE level or equivalent).
  • Experience in project or operations administration in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Experience of handling and overseeing multiple projects with good knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
