Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and working in a school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for one of our Good-Ofsted rated SEMH schools starting in September.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs
- Foster emotional well-being and positive behaviour
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Monitor and report on student progress
Requirements:
- Experience in educational settings / as a Learning Support Assistant
- Understanding of SEMH needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Relevant qualifications are beneficial
