Administration Assistant
Part time - (20 hours) Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham Circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
We are currently seeking a proactive, customer friendly administrator to join a small team based just outside of Cheltenham. This team pride themselves on creating inspirational new homes that exceed customers expectations.
If you are an experienced administrator with advanced IT skills looking for a busy part time opportunity, then this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support within the housing and property development sector
- You will be the first point of contact for customers, over email and some over the phone
- Efficiently handle Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Handling inquiries from clients and residents professionally and promptly
- Organise and manage documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Being the support in the office and helping with other ad hoc duties
About You
- Experience in the housing or property development industry is preferable but not essential
- A confident user of Microsoft Excel. Additional IT skills would be preferred
- Able to work as part of a small, collaborative team
- Detail oriented
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients
- A proactive, reliable attitude and excellent organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated and eager to succeed
- The ability to use initiative and be proactive in your role
