Location: Hartley Wintney

Salary: £32,445 + Benefits

My client who are based in Hartley Wintney are seeking a financial services administrator to join their team. to apply for this role you will need excellent administrative experience preferably within the Financial Services/Wealth Management industry. You will be working within the Support Team to enable them to provide technical support to the Investment Advisory Team.

General responsibilities

Maintaining the Annual Review process, Producing Annual Review reports for all standard and gold clients, to an agreed timetable.

All new business processing to an agreed standard and timetable including keeping the client database up to date.

Produce monthly valuations for a small group of clients under the guidance of the Investment Advisers. · Co-ordinate the Investment Advisers calendars.

Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.

Ensure you follow the firms compliance processes and procedures, at all times

Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory, product, legislative and technical requirements.

Making sure all client contact is carried out in a professional and courteous way.

Making sure all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.

Making sure all client records are retained in line with the firms Data security/ Data protection/ Record Keeping policy

Making sure all clients receive relevant documentation and communication in a timely manner.

Providing support to our firms Advisers in completing non-client facing tasks in relation to the preparation and administration of recommendations being made.

Liaising with Advisers as appropriate and acting as a main point of contact for clients.

Arranging client meetings as requested.

Experience, skills and knowledge

At last two years administration experience preferably in a Financial Services background.

Having a positive culture attitude at all times.

Good written/ oral communication skills.

Excellent Excel and Word skills or similar.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.
