Your new role
Hays are working with an organisation in central Bristol who are looking for a Credit Controller on a 12-month FTC Salary for the role is up to £30,000. This role allows hybrid working, with one day a week in the office. Main duties and responsibilities:
- High volume of phone calls/emails chasing debt.
- Regular contact with colleagues in the organisation about debt.
- Frequent liaison with other teams within the Finance department.
- Understand & manage requirements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Data cleansing.
- Regular contact with the sales ledger department.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive credit control experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage high workload
- IT literate - Microsoft Excel, Word
