New Lift Sales Executive

Purpose: To sell new lift maintenance contracts.

Main Duties and responsibilities: To develop new business by contacting prospective clients via email, telephone, LinkedIn, in person etc. To arrange meetings and survey lifts for the purpose of providing lift maintenance quotations. They will be given full access to our existing extensive database of potential client contacts we have built up over seven years and no restrictions on who they contact unless an existing client. They will also have access to online portals to receive tenders from local councils etc.

Key Working Relationships With prospective clients, the Sales Manager and Maintenance Manager.

Knowledge/Experience Experience of course an advantage but not essential. They will eventually receive EOR/202 training to enable them to safely survey lifts themselves and acquire the relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification in Basic Lift Engineering.

Skills Smart of appearance, ease of address, personable, engaging, highly motivated to hit sales targets. Professional in manner and to offer a consultative sales.
