Live-in Housekeeper Wanted in Bromley

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 GPA
Role Details: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable live-in housekeeper for a lovely family home in Bromley. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic household with varied responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week, Sometimes to include weekends
- 2 consecutive days off during the week
- 8-10 hours a day with breaks
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: General cleaning and upkeep of a 5-bedroom house
- Laundry and Ironing: Ensuring clothes and linens are clean and ironed
- Light Cooking: Preparing simple meals on occasion, such as salads, roast chicken etc
- Grocery Shopping: Managing online orders through Ocado and performing local top-up shops, with assistance from the nanny
- Companionship for Elderly Father: Providing companionship, making tea, and keeping an eye on the principals father who also lives at the house.
- Driving: A driver's license is a big bonus, though not essential
Family Structure:
- Employer: A busy professional woman who travels frequently and runs her own business
- Children: Three children (1 school ages, 2 adults)
- No pets
Accommodation:
- Private accommodation on the top floor including a bedroom, bathroom, and small living space
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role
- Warm, caring, and responsible, especially in providing companionship to an elderly individual
- Good organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to the family's needs
