As Finance Manager, you will be a key support to the Finance Director, handling day-to-day financial operations, maintaining robust financial reports, and preparing annual financial statements. You will also oversee the company's management of employee benefits costs, VAT and duty accounting, month and year-end processes, and annual audits— while leading a small team.
This role is ideal for a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who is currently leading a team and eager to advance their career in a dynamic environment that offers significant growth and development potential.
Alternatively, it suits an ACA-qualified professional making their first or second move from practice, with a solid background in audit, accounts preparation, and mentoring.
