Your new role
- Provide administrative support to partners and the wider team
- Monitor inboxes and respond to any new queries regarding tenders
- Conducting conflict checks
- Formatting documentation and submitting
- Raising invoices
- Support the wider team in organising and preparing documentation and finalising any correspondence
- Copy typing
- Conducting KYC checks
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to travel into the office 2-3 days a week
- Strong advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Previous admin experience within a professional service environment
