Admininstrator - Credit Claims Investigator - PART TIME - £16,328 Manchester
Hours: Mon -Fri, 09:00 - 14:30 (25 hours per week)
An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Credit Claims Investigator. Working within the Accounts Department, this is a varied role, within a small but dedicated team.
The main responsibilities of the role are - Resolving queries on delieveries / invoices. Initial investigation of credit claims.
- Liaise with internal Department when credit claims require further investigation
- Liaise with Transport, Goods In and Customer to organise for return of goods
- Raise and process credits and amended invoices
- Compile and update data for month end reports
- Administration and filing of associated paperwork
- Provide cover for other members of the Accounts team
- Other Accounts and general admin office duties as and when required
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be an efficient administrator, ideally with some office based experience.
- Have the ability to prioritise work, use initiatives and work with minimal supervision.
- Have excellent investigation and organisation skills.
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other packages.
