Job Title - Commercial Executive to Managing Director
Their Purpose - A fast growing, independent Renewable Energy and Electrical Contracting Client who specialise in the bespoke design and installation of Solar PV and electrical systems for domestic and commercial environments on a national scale.
Location & flexibility - Office based, Hampshire
Salary & Benefits - Salary of £30k -£45k DOE, Competitive benefits package
About the Job:
This is a fast paced role where you will be required to have a hands on approach whilst having the ability to juggle many tasks
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated executive to support the managing director and wider executive team. This role is a hybrid position, with approximately 60% of the responsibilities focused on commercial activities and 40% dedicated to providing high-level administrative assistance to the Managing Director. . The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commercial mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- You will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations and statistic documents as required.
- You will be first point of contact for commercial queries, qualifying the opportunity before escalating and arranging site visits for the MD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design teams and project managers to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives including DNO application tracking and stock management.
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of business proposals, contracts and agreements.
About you:
- Proven experience in a commercial role, preferably within the renewable energy or solar sector would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and a fast paced environment.
- Ability to use initiative to work independently as well as part of a team whilst utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
