Role Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, leading a dynamic team, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Craft and execute detailed marketing strategies, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and industry advancements
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends and advancements in marketing technology, particularly AI
- Performance Management: Use a data-driven approach to monitor and refine campaigns, ensuring KPIs for lead generation, visitor numbers, and visitor quality are met
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with media outlets, social platforms, associations, and government bodies
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, manage resources effectively, and oversee the marketing budget
- Brand Management: Define and uphold corporate branding and messaging standards, ensuring consistency
- Creative Oversight: Implement an approval process for all marketing materials to ensure high quality and coherence
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on campaign performance and budget status to management, ensuring transparency and accountability
