Sewell Wallis is currently working with an excellent automotive business on the outskirts of Leeds towards Morley. This is a well established and stable company who are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a friendly and close knit team.
What will you be doing?
- Processing high volumes of purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Price checking and matching to goods received
- Deal with supplier queries
- Liaise with appropriate departments
- Ensure Ledgers are up to date
What skills are we looking for?
- 5 years experience across transactional finance
- Previous experience using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a great attitude
