- plan, prepare and deliver high quality lessons which support and stretch students at all stages of their creative journey
- contribute to the department on creative initiatives
- participate in the delivery of extracurricular activities that increase the engagement and enjoyment of pupils, not only in this subject area but also that of their wider school experience
