Position Overview:
Are you a talented and ambitious litigation solicitor seeking a new challenge in London? Join our client's prestigious law firm, renowned for its exceptional client service and commitment to legal excellence. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, provide expert legal advice, represent clients in court proceedings, and negotiate settlements. This position offers the chance to work closely with clients and legal professionals to deliver favourable outcomes and maintain the firm's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle various litigation cases, including debt recovery, breach of contract disputes, landlord and tenant evictions, civil disputes, parking/travel fines, driving offences, business disputes, commercial litigation, and other court matters.
- Draft legal documents, file claims with the courts, and represent clients in court hearings, mediation's, and negotiations.
- Keep clients informed and satisfied with the progress and outcomes of their cases.
- Ensure client files comply with the firm's policies and adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Strong litigation skills and a proven track record in handling complex cases.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and advocacy abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adherence to professional ethics and legal standards.
