Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer/Assessor
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dover, CT16
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated Trainer/Assessor to deliver Level 2, 3, and 4 Adult Care and Health Care Apprenticeships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in health and social care, a Level 3 qualification or higher in adult care, and an assessor qualification. You should be able to self-manage, work both independently and as part of a team, and travel as needed.

- Build strong relationships with learners and employers
- Assess learners' skills and provide constructive feedback
- Support diverse learning needs with inclusive strategies
- Maintain good communication and computer skills
