We are seeking a versatile individual who excels in Sales Support, Account Management, and Logistics. This dynamic role requires adaptability, as responsibilities may shift from working with our accounts team, engaging in sales support activities with global customers, to assisting our sales team with freight and logistics tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with various teams including accounts, sales support, and logistics to ensure seamless operations across the board.
  • Engage directly with global customers, providing high-level support and service.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating freight and logistics operations to support sales activities.
  • Utilise order processing systems like Sage 50 to manage and track sales processes efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and a solid understanding of freight and logistics.
  • Proficiency in order processing systems, preferably Sage 50.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in numerical tasks.
  • Strong customer service experience and capability to manage communications via email and phone.
  • Knowledge of a European language (French, German, or Spanish) is desirable but not essential.
