Due to continued growth at FRPA Ltd, we are looking to add an Operations Administrator to our team based at our offices in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Main responsibilities:
- Administration -sales orders, quotations, offering support to our team of consultants and field engineers as well as the company directors.
- Logistics - order management, stock control, ensuring site works run smoothly and supporting team members that are on site. Planning works and co-coordinating access to sites.
- Client Services - dealing with inbound emails and telephone calls and directing technical queries to the correct department.
- Analysis - maintaining client data bases, preparing sales reports and providing clients with relevant certification for works.
You will have:
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good working knowledge of Outlook / Excel
- Any experience of working within the Fire Safety / H&S industry or property industry is a bonus.
