I am working with a primary school in Wolverhampton that is looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to start in September. This school is a large two-form entry primary school situated in the heart of the Black Country. We provide education for three to eleven year olds. Life here is always busy, and we are all really proud of our school.Your new role
For this role, you will be supporting children in Year 3. You will be working alongside the teacher in the classroom. This will include supporting children with SEN under the direction of the class teacher. You will be following the EHCP plans that are set for them and contributing to the planning of the learning, to help pupils to access the tasks expected of them, to support them as appropriate and to help monitor their progress. What you'll need to succeed
- A qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant
- Have strong experience working with children with SEN
- Must have supported a child on a 1:1 basis
- Must have worked with KS2 children
