Role: Marketing Manager– Remote with travel to the office in Huddersfield 1/ 2 days per month

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working a multi-award winning business who are on the lookout to grow their team with the addition of a B2B Marketing Manager with a proven track record for supporting Business Growth to join our established marketing department and make a difference as part of a growing, innovative, legal marketing business.

Salary: up to 45k Per annum

Hours: office hours Monday to Friday

With a strong focus on Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing, this new role will drive growth within our target legal service markets promoting a range of B2B legal marketing solutions and services. You will be the driving force behind our B2B lead generation efforts, working closely with sales to turn opportunities into success stories.

You will take responsibility for planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns with a focus on attracting and engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and optimising conversion pathways.

Reporting to the Group Director of Marketing, this is a pivotal role within a growing marketing team, supporting the next phase of the business scale up strategy by ensuring that demand generation efforts align with wider business growth objectives and reinforce the brand across all touchpoints.

Working closely with and supported by colleagues in the commercial, business development and marketing teams, you will use your data driven and collaborative mindset to develop and execute innovative and effective inbound and outbound marketing activities, using an account based marketing approach to drive qualified leads and support conversion of strategic accounts within the legal services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to develop and implement account based marketing strategies that align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge demand generation strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Developing engaging content, including presentations, sales literature, email marketing campaigns and support materials to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely and personalised communication to aid conversion.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools and AI-driven insights to nurture leads, turning prospects into opportunities for the sales team.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive demand, incorporating platforms such as LinkedIn, Social Media and Google.
  • Managing the end-to-end execution including ad creatives, targeting parameters and ongoing performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage and support attendance at key trade events to raise awareness of the business offering.
  • Work as part of the wider marketing team to support brand, awareness and engagement strategies across the whole portfolio as needed to contribute to overall success.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in demand generation, lead generation, and marketing automation to drive performance.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in either B2B / SaaS marketing / marketing agency, focusing on demand and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated experience of creating and executing successful B2B demand generation campaigns and strategies working closely with sales teams, demonstrating tangible results in increasing quality leads, conversion rates and sales.
  • Experience of inbound marketing including B2B content marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing account based lead generation and nurturing strategies including segmentation, targeting and personalised communication.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering results through paid media strategies (including LinkedIn, digital advertising platforms and best practices in B2B digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for lead generation and marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Excellent copy writing, editing and proofing skills.
  • Experience in producing and delivering webinars and in person events.
  • Understanding of sales processes and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to provide the necessary tools and resources.
  • Experience in targeting specific audiences having worked in either a strong B2B lead gen, SaaS Marketing or Marketing Agency recruitment role previously.
  • Sharp analytical skills with a proven track record to measure ROI.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • A hands-on, can-do approach with a desire to grow and develop alongside the business.
  • Marketing degree preferred.
  • CIM digital qualification / equivalent preferred.
