Field Merchandiser
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Field Merchandiser to join our team in the West Midlands area, specifically in Birmingham. This is a temporary position with full-time hours expected. The primary industry for this role is Retail and Wholesale, with a daily salary range of £100.00 - £100.00.
Expensed Van provided.
Each campaign is at least 2 weeks and they start every 3 weeks.
Job Duties:
- Visit assigned retail locations to execute merchandising activities according to set guidelines.
- Ensure products are displayed appropriately and shelves are well-stocked.
- Maintain product appearance by cleaning, dusting, and arranging as necessary.
- Communicate with store managers to address any merchandising issues or concerns.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation.
Experience:
Experience in a similar role within the retail industry is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of merchandising principles and best practises.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving licence required.
Working Conditions:
- Field-based role, requiring travel to different retail locations within the West Midlands area.
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting of products may be required.
- Work schedule may vary based on retail store hours and demands.
