**Senior Test Analyst – Contract Role
Location: London (Hybrid)
Client: Insurance Firm
Contract: £325-400/day
We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier insurance firm looking for an experienced Test Analyst to lead the end-to-end testing of their change landscape. This is a high-impact role where you will work across multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of their IT solutions, with a focus on seamless integrations and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of testing for the client's change programs, ensuring all in-house and third-party solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for go-live.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, create test plans and scripts in testing and validation.
- Provide hands-on support for User Acceptance Testing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all testing and validation activities, working closely with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure thorough testing coverage for all feature sets.
**Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance/reinsurance sector is required.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end testing, including test scenario design, data validation, and test script execution.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft Azure, and testing automation tools.
- Proven ability to manage testing tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with executive-level stakeholders in a complex corporate environment.
