The Role
Nigel Wright are partnering with a Social Housing organisation who are looking to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner within their Accounting function based in Middlesbrough. This is an immediate need and will start on a temporary basis.
Reporting into the Strategic Lead of Rent and Income Services, the successful applicant will take responsibility for service charge accounting and business partnering services, monitoring and explaining leasehold scheme budgets and acting as a key liaison between tenants, budget holders and back office function.
This role requires significant service charge experience, plus clear and comprehensive knowledge of the relevant legislation from the landlord and tenant act perspective for both tenants and leaseholders.
