The role:
The College is looking for a Team Lead for the Site Supervisors at the College. Working with a wide range of contractors, colleagues and departments across the college, you must be a confident communicator and can present ideas, and action as appropriate. You must be able to prioritise your workload, alongside supporting the team and implementing new priorities to ensure all tasks, events, and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Duties of the position:
- Line management of the Senior Site Supervisors and apprentices
- Coordinating visits and booking contractors for statutory compliance and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)
- Working across multiple campuses and maintaining the college CAFM System to ensure SLAs and KPI's are met
- Managing the operational activities in estates on a daily basis across all sites
- Oversee staff and resources
- Covering in the Site Supervisor's absence and annual leave
What you need:
- Great communications skills
- Experience working in a similar role, or within Estates, Facilities or Caretaker teams.
- Experience in managing a team

- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
