Package: Basic salary dependent on experience, with a £7k car allowance, 10% bonus scheme, 26 days holidays, healthcare & pension

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:
- A field based territory sales role inheriting an established and well performing area
- Promoting an industry leading range of fibre cement slate roof tiles, along with a complimentary range of roofing accessories
- You will be tracking and winning residential projects from the regional offices of the national house builders, as well as regional developers, contractors, housing associations, architects and specifiers
- Whilst managing the relationship with a portfolio of merchants and distributors that your projects will be back-sold through
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:
- You will be a field sales professional with experience from within the construction industry
- This could have been gained from manufacturer, distributor or merchant
- The role comes with full product training, and my client is happy to recruit from any building material background
- You will be professional and structured in your sales approach, with first class presentation and communication skills
