We are seeking an Export Coordinator to join our team, renowned for exceptional staff retention and a fantastic working environment. This role is based in a modern office, which boasts one of the best staff and kitchen areas in Suffolk, complete with a pool table, darts, TV, and games room.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of export operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and export regulations.
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and third parties to arrange shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the export process promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all export activities and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an export or logistics coordination role.
- Strong understanding of export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using logistics and shipment tracking systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
