Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Skills Coach - AAT at our Brighton Met Central campus. You will join us on a part time (15 hours per week), permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salarypro rata of £26,451 - £28,907 per annum (i.e. £10,723.38 - £11,719.05).

Are you an experienced and passionate Finance professional looking to share your skills with the next generation of Bookkeepers and Accountants? Brighton MET College is recruiting for an AAT Skills Coach to join our team and help shape our students' future careers by supporting their development competence and their wider skills. This is a part-time role, meaning you could share your skills with our students whilst still working in the industry.

Our Skills Coach for AAT will have a case load of adult learners who are working towards their level 2 – 5 qualifications in the workplace. You will be supported by the Lead Internal Verifier for the area.

This role is predominantly based in the workplace, observing the students' practise and guiding them through assessment. You will be working as part of an established team who support each other in sharing resources.

As our Skills Coach for AAT, you will be qualified in the world of accountancy or have extensive experience and hold an assessing or training qualification.

The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview and can be flexible as you will manage your own case load and diary.
