HACT is seeking to recruit an Operations Director to drive our day-to-day operations and propel our commercial success.

As our new Operations Director, you will be a key member of the Executive Team, shaping and driving forward our strategy. You will be a skilled and passionate leader for our delivery team, coaching our high performing people. You will work alongside our board, being accountable for our finances, performance, commercial and business plan and internal governance as well as representing us at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HACT's daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Manage finances, making strategic decisions to maintain financial health.
  • Lead and mentor our delivery team, aligning them with sales, consultancy, research, and product development goals.
  • Provide timely support and direction to team members handling our platform, products, and services.
  • Spearhead strategic projects and product development initiatives, including maximising value from social value tools and expanding partnerships.
  • Scale our trading subsidiary, HACTHAL.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience in business and commercial operations.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with the Business Development Director and external stakeholders.
