Customer Services Advisor - Bradford, Esholt, BD17 - (£22,600.50 per annum)
We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.
This role is Monday to Saturday (Sunday & Wednesday off), 9am - 5pm. Within this role, you will ensure all eye and hearing clinics are booked and you will speak to clients wanting to make EYE Test appointments, take inbound calls to book client appointments in the practice diaries. You will be working closely with our Practice teams to make sure their diaries are filled and booked smartly so you will need to build good relationships and also support them with their inbound lines when queries arise. You will be required to make calls, send SMS', emails and letters so we want somebody with good communication skills and attention to details.
