A wonderfully led and resourced Primary School in Epping, Essex are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join them in September 2024 on a full time basis to work with children who have additional needs and need additional nurturing and support to make their school experience as positive as possible!
This is a full time, long term role until at least July 2025. It will start off initially on long term supply and then move onto a permanent contract for the right person.

This primary school is located in a beautiful part of Epping, Essex with excellent transport links so coming to work should be quite straight forward - there is also a staff car park for those who drive.
This primary school are seeking a Teaching Assistant that has a fantastic willingness to learn and has a real desire to work with children with additional needs/ SEN.

For this Teaching Assistant role in Epping, Essex, this primary school are open to graduates as well as experienced Teaching Assistants.
Experience of supporting any of the following needs would be an advantage:
- ADHD
- Autism (ASD)
- Asperger Syndrome
- Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH)
- Global Delay
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Challenging Behaviour
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Would:
- Have a genuine passionate working with children with SEN
- Driven to improve the education and life chances of children and young people
- Be able to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence
- Assist with planning of activities with class teacher & SENCO
- Help with general class teaching assistant duties
