Join Our Team as a Purchasing/Stock Control Assistant!

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for procurement and stock management? We're seeking a dynamic Purchasing/Stock Control Assistant to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you'll ensure that stock orders are processed efficiently to meet the needs of our Region and Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stock levels and generate purchase orders in the Kerridge system
  • Coordinate the transport of foreign goods to meet Hub and Branch requirements
  • Manage inter-branch stock transfers effectively
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Branch stock file
  • Adhere to company procedures through good administration practices
  • Collaborate with Head Office to resolve GRN queries
  • Ensure stock levels align with KPI targets
  • Produce stock control reports and support initiatives to enhance stock management
  • Receive stock from suppliers
