Job Title: Project Coordinator
Salary: £28,000-£33,000
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Highly organised and good attention to detail
- Background in construction is desirable
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to use your own initiative and prioritise workload
- Thrives under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- UK Driving Licence
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Project Manager(s)
- Create and issue project documents (technical submissions, client templates, AOB)
- Compile Risk & Method Statements (RAMS)
- Manage document control
- Handle supplier and subcontractor invoicing and purchase orders
- Send and track the UFH controls
- Arrange final UFH testing appointments and issue updates to the client
- Coordinate deliveries and arrange labour
- Provide subcontractor support for compliance (e.g., toolbox talks)
- Manage telecommunications
