Senior eCommerce Manager - Yorkshire (Hybrid) - Up to £60,000
In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of the D2C channel by maximising performance of their acquisition, conversion and retention channels & initiatives.
You will be a key member of the team and will work closely with the Marketing Director to set the strategy and rapidly grow the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accelerate brand awareness
- Accelerate DTC performance recruiting and retaining new consumers
- Increase rate of sale across all channels in higher quality distribution
- Drive new product, repositioning and rebranding launches
- Win new business through targeted approaches and relationship building
- Leadership focused against performance
You will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an E-Commerce manager in a high-growth retail business
- An understanding of social media especially TikTok in order to set direction and and lead strategy for the team
- A highly analytical mind with a data-driven approach
- Experience of setting & measuring KPIs and using data to inform future decisions
- Experience of collaborating with marketing teams to put the customer at the heart of your work
- An understanding of the importance of the customer journey and how DTC fits into the sales strategy
- Experience managing paid social/search agencies and a CRM/email channel
- Experience optimising website performance to improve conversion rates
- Excellent planning skills
