The New Business Coordinator will ensure all contractual and financial services documentation is accurate and aligns with the company's policies, facilitating the timely activation and payout of deals. This role involves close collaboration with vendors, dealers, brokers, and internal teams to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.

The client is a leading provider of vendor and equipment finance, operating across various sectors including Technology, Transport, Construction, Industrial, Medical, Public Sector, and Agriculture. Their UK office is based in Richmond Upon Thames.

Description

  • Collate and verify new business documentation to ensure compliance with credit terms and agreements.
  • Liaise with vendors, dealers, and brokers to resolve any documentation issues and confirm equipment delivery with end users.
  • Load variable rate deals with specific cashflows and ensure all deals are correctly processed in the company's systems.
  • Conduct second checks on high-value deals and authorise supplier invoices for payout.
  • Produce welcome letters, manage ancillary documentation, and ensure proper application of policies to Stocking Facilities.
  • Prepare reports for management and assist in improving team processes and customer service.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the New Business Coordinator role will be highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. They should possess good customer care and communication abilities, be well-organised, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and preferably Access, as well as a proactive, flexible attitude, are essential.
