Join one of Cirencester's most established employers on a temporary 3-month assignment as an Administrator. You'll be joining a supportive team and will work on a variety of administrative tasks, including gathering data, collating information and uploading information on the spreadsheets and the company CRM system.

Offering £12 per hour, (rising to £13.74 after 12 weeks), this role is offered on a hybrid basis post training, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Initially a 3 month contract, this role does have the potential to be extended.

In the role of Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring a team inbox and responding to queries.
  • Gathering data and collating information for senior team members.
  • Inputting information onto the company CRM & Excel spreadsheets.
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (beneficial).
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident in ability to prioritise.

The Role:

As Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the wider team. You'll monitor a team inbox, responding to queries you're able to resolve and forwarding others as required. You'll be gathering data, inputting information onto spreadsheets and the company CRM system and supporting with the smooth operations of an essential department for our client.

Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and, after 12 weeks of employment, be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long-term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
