As the Head of Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee the development and implementation of large-scale strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing data-driven decisions, forward thinking services, making places, sustainable futures, social justice-transforming lives, work and workplace of the future.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning the transformation: Define the financial and non-financial vision, objectives and impact of portfolio activity supporting senior stakeholders in structuring and defining initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a transformational roadmap identifying key dependencies to realise the organisations strategic objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of transformation programme and project experts, maximising their impact and ensuring robust development and delivery of transformation initiatives across a portfolio.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transition and adoption of new products, processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree level qualification or demonstrable experience of leading numerous complex multi-stream transformation programmes from concept stage through to delivery.
  • Qualified in a relevant project management discipline such as Prince2, APM, PMI or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading numerous complex multi-stream transformational programmes from concept stage through to delivery in a fast-paced environment and leading and delivering large scale transformation activities to enhance customer experience to time and budget.
  • A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels of the organisation.
  • Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
