As a Primary teacher your responsibilities include managing the classroom, following safeguarding and behaviour policies of the school, delivering the lesson plan, keeping students engaged and interacting with the lesson plan and building rapport with students and support staff.
To be successful for the Primary Teacher role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2.
- Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Have excellent communication skills
