Job Description:
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering operations within our facility. Ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance, repair, and improvement of our production equipment and facilities. Your role will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and engineering practices, including preventive maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
