- Excellent organization and prioritization skills to ensure service levels are consistently upheld.
- Adept at procurement processes and agreement negotiations with external contractors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ARLA Funded Property Manager accreditation.
- Relevant certifications in compliance management such as gas, electric, and EPC.
- Any additional relevant property management certifications or qualifications.
