Job Title: Senior Night Care Assistant

Hours: 36 hours per week (with the option for additional hours if required)
Salary: £13.80 per hour (Weekdays) | £14.30 per hour (Weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional overnight care and support to residents.
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
- Oversee and support the night care team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Accurately record care notes and report any changes in resident needs to senior management.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential.
- Level 2 in Safe Handling of Medication (or equivalent through NVQ 3).
- Previous experience in a senior care role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to work night shifts (8pm - 8am) and provide leadership to the team.
