Job Description
The role will see the appointed person support colleagues, business partners and clients in their offerings and plannings to integrate a range of cutting edge Medical devices into hospital (NHS and Private) IT infrastructures. This includes demonstration and consulting of CIS solutions to clients, quoting, project work, planning and implementation of the agreed solutions.
- To install medical software and products directly at customer sites as well as repair works, maintenance and training
- To provide technical trainings for customers, distributors and colleagues.
- To achieve high customer satisfaction and to provide professional support
- To keep unit down-times as short as possible
- To act cost-consciously and profit orientated
- To support the sales teams for selling connectivity solutions
- To support the R&D and Marketing for connectivity solution requirements
- To develop and implement customized solutions for Medical Clinical Integration products
Candidate -
Previous experience dealing with Windows upgrades, IP address solutions, Configuration, Server Connectivity Interface Technology, Systems Integration - some exposure dealing with / working with the NHS and NHS IT infrastructure.
Key Experiences MSSQL / Java / JavaScript / TCP/IP
TCP/IP Networking technologies, Windows operating systems, MSSQL, minimum one programming (scripting) language (Java, JavaScript), office package, HL7 and DIOCM interface technology, assigned software product knowledge.
Degree in IT systems engineer, IT system integrations or software engineer or equivalent education. Fluent in spoken and written English. In possession of valid driver's license for passenger car.
