Onsite in Gloucestershire Contract Day Rate - £554 - £658 inside IR35

We're currently seeking an ambitious Business Analyst specialising in Identity and Access Management to work with our exceptional client in a secure environment, supporting challenging and highly rewarding projects.

This contract role will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment. The opportunity is available in Gloucestershire and is fully onsite.

The IdAM project provides identity and access management technologies and processes across a diverse geographic and stakeholder environment.

The IdAM business analyst will work within the IdAM project team to assist the analysis and implementation of new technologies and business processes. The analyst will need to quickly understand current technologies and ways-of-working, then help identify and analyse future requirements and potential solution options.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders to capture, understand, and record business requirements.
  • Use data and business analysis and modelling to create options for strategic and operational change (in-line with the business requirements)
  • Provide opportunities-and-risks analysis against options.
  • Undertake detailed process mapping and role analysis to detail the future ('to-be') state.
  • Detail and communicate solution benefits across stakeholder groups.
  • Manage stakeholders to gain buy-in and agree the solutions and delivery approach.
  • Produce documentation to support all the above where necessary.

Skills and Competencies

  • Data capture, analysis, and evaluation.
  • Business modelling - capturing the as-is and to-be.
  • Options, risk, and opportunities analysis.
  • Process flow modelling.
  • Role analysis and profiling.
  • Adept in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Requirements management (elicitation, validation and change control).
  • Ability to communicate in the appropriate language for the seniority and / or role of consumers e.g. sponsors, developers, team leads etc.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict effectively to achieve optimum business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of working with Government departments or agencies.
