The Role:
You'll be joining a friendly and knowledgeable sales support team, where you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. This is a technical role with a strong customer service focus - you'll be:
- Handling incoming product enquiries
- Understanding technical requirements and advising on the most suitable equipment
- Preparing quotes and pricing information from technical drawings and product specifications
- Providing technical guidance over the phone, including support during equipment installation
The Person:
- No specific industry experience is required, but you'll need to demonstrate:
- A strong technical aptitude - mechanical or electrical engineering background is a big plus but very open to industry!
- The ability to understand and work from technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills - in person and over the phone
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
- A proactive, customer-first attitude
- Full UK Driving license (UK travel included)
Whether you've recently graduated in engineering or have practical technical experience and are now looking for a more people-focused role, this is a fantastic stepping stone.
The Package:
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- £35,000pa
