A fantastic opportunity to develop and broaden your company secretarial skills has emerged within an established financial service company. The role as Company Secretarial Assistant, which will see you working closely with the Group Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary, will involve providing secretarial service to the Group's Board and Committees, including drafting of agendas and minute-taking, as well as group project work and the opportunity to get involved in shareholder and share capital-related matters.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide company secretarial services to Group-level board and committees, including attending meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting on a wide range of company secretarial activities, including external shareholder enquiries, company officer changes, committee operations and assisting on various ad-hoc governance related projects as instructed by the Senior Company Secretarial assistants.
- Delivering corporate governance enhancements in line with regulatory expectations
- Helping with travel, diary management duties
- High attention to detail
- Must have experience with regulatory, compliance processes.
