I have a wonderfully unique opportunity to present today. Working as a Director of Church Operations and Buildings at one of the most iconic sites in the City of Cambridge.
Due to the retirement of the current post-holder , the Church are looking for a creative and dynamic leader to support their operational teams (including Finance and Administration) and to oversee all regulatory and legal issues and works projects involving repairs and maintenance to the two Church Buildings.
A background in fund raising or the charitable sector would be valuable due to the way that Church operations are financed, but specific experience is not required , its more the strategic focus and drive that you can bring to the role.
The post is offered on a 3 day a week basis, they are very flexible on which days this includes. The package includes a generous salary of £55-60,000 (FTE) and other benefits.
Although sympathy to the Christian faith and the Church would be preferred you do not need to be a practising Christian to apply for this role.
This truly is a varied and interesting opportunity, working in some of the most beautiful surroundings that Cambridge has to offer, yet close to the hustle and bustle of the City Centre.
