Facilities Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a social landlord based in South England. The position is full time (37.5 hours per week) and is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months. The role is is office based and will include occasional site visits in Kent.

They are looking for someone who will be able to support the facilities manager with organisational arrangements for essential services within supported accommodation and offices but not limited to building safety, maintenance, security, cleaning, archiving and waste management.
Please see below a list of expected duties:

  • Provide administrative support on Inform software, updating records and managing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and generating reports as needed.
  • Liaise with Housing and Services teams to deliver reactive, planned, and emergency works.
  • Support the facilities team with contractor liaison, scheduling works, and record keeping as required.
  • Assist the maintenance manager with ordering materials and sundries for the maintenance team, and organize delivery and collections when necessary.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture, adhere to organizational policy, and offer guidance to services when required.
  • Maintain an awareness and understanding of safeguarding principles and take responsibility for escalating any concerns in line with relevant policies and procedures.
