The Role:
- Operating B2 MBO/Stahl folders
- Guillotine operator (Polar)
- Die-cutting (Heidelberg cylinder)
- Heidelberg ST350 stitching line
- Laminating
- PUR Binding
- Booklet making
- Bench work when needed
Requirements:
- You must be able to operate the above but training will be given if required
- Able to produce accurate, final products to the highest standards
- Committed to a culture of quality
- Able to work at ease under instruction and independently
- Recognises the importance of teamwork
- Is prepared to be flexible to meet the demands of the business
- Comfortable working on your own initiative
- The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Able to follow instructions on job sheets
- Good numerical and organisational skills
